Felt Very strong bending and strong on the bench.

Planks elbows forward and backward 3 holds for 20 seconds

Everything felt strong. My set on grippers would slip at times with my second rep, especially my left hand.

Bench and curls felt well. My lower back really flared up tonight, so my dead lifts weren't as good. My feet also hurt.

All in all, I like this work out. Tomorrow I get to pinch, my favorite part of grip.

Felt pretty strong tonite. I really challenged myself like never before. Still love the rows. Surprised even myself.

Week 9 Day 33

20 kg one arm pressing 15min set at 3 reps

I know it was not on the plan, but my hands felt strong. So, I mm closed my 2.5.(PR).

I really focused on my pressing form, but my lack of stability makes it a pain at times. I really like pressing in a vertical plane motion, I never worked this version of pressing when I lifted in the past.

Felt weak on the bench..... 3 reps of 3 sets was hard at 235 tonite.

Rows felt strong. I love doing rows.

Week 8 Day 30 From Thursday

wrist levering all directions x 3

Seated Bb reverse curls 45x10x4

BB bent arm pull overs 45x10x4

Better plate curling with the left, my hand just feels more comfortable. Pull overs are still uncomfortable. Hopefully, I will be able to bend the blue DU soon
