Week 9 Day 33

20 kg one arm pressing 15min set at 3 reps

I know it was not on the plan, but my hands felt strong. So, I mm closed my 2.5.(PR).

I really focused on my pressing form, but my lack of stability makes it a pain at times. I really like pressing in a vertical plane motion, I never worked this version of pressing when I lifted in the past.
