Week 8 Day 30 From Thursday

wrist levering all directions x 3

Plate curls 25x3/2x1

Seated Bb reverse curls 45x10x4

BB bent arm pull overs 45x10x4

Better plate curling with the left, my hand just feels more comfortable. Pull overs are still uncomfortable. Hopefully, I will be able to bend the blue DU soon
