Grippers--MMS--closed the #2, missed on 2.5
seated snatch made the rear delts burn after 10 reps of each set..really challenging. I did these first and it does make my kb press weaker for the w/o. The one arm at a time db floor press is still very challenging. It forces me to stabilize in a different way. Plate curls still feel easier for my left thumb than my right, I do not know why it feels weird for the right, maybe a thumb pad difference. Grippers I did last, and it was a bad idea. I need my hands warm to do them, I should have done them in between sets of something in the middle of the w/o. All in all, this was a very challenging session. My grade 5's get here tomorrow, just in time for my bending sessions.
