Bending-- rv yellow,then I switched my driver and post hand and hurt my right elbow tendon.
This ended the session, no more bending and grip tonight.
I usually do my rv bending last, and I did it first tonight, so I could bend tougher steel. Rv is going from my fav to least fav style quickly.
