One arm shrugs-- 36kgx20/20x5
Hammer Curls-- around 30x10x5
Everything went well except for the row ladders. I started doing them with my upper body parallel to the floor. I have a tough time at that angle. Then, I did them higher than parallel, like I normally do, and I had better success this way. moving from one hand to another really made this a challenging task. My back and legs started to spasm from the switching. 30 reps proved to be too much for my back even at a higher angle. I will have to work up to this demanding ladder. This is only my second time rowing in a while, so that may have something to do with it. I definitely need to find my best point of stabilization once again. Hopefully this will prove not to be such a pain in the future
