One arm db floor press-- around 70x5/5 x10 sets
One arm db row-- around 70x5/5, around 80x5/5x9 sets
Grippers-- 2 and M for a total of 10 closes right/ 3 failed left with 2 because my set slips and my hand covers too much of the gripper.
Pinch-- 2 25'sx3/3x2 sets, bottom of 16kgx2/2, 25 hubx3/3, 35 hubx2/2
I liked this w/o. I suck at grippers, but maybe I will be better at pinch
