Week 20 Day 64 from Wednesday

I used this day as a warm up for the next 3 days of training.

I did kb push presses, bending, and grippers.

Pressing and bending went well and felt great.

As for grippers, I have a blister on my right pinky and it affected me. Also, I have noticed that my right hand provides better power to set for my left handed closes than vice versa. However, my right closing strength is better. My SM is easier than all 3 of my 2.5's. I do not even get pissed because of the grippers anymore. I just laugh and think how ridiculous they are.

This training session went well overall
