Week 19 Day 63 from Friday

Seated Snatch-- around 25x3 reps x10 sets

One arm DB floor press-- around 80x6x6, cound not do both arms at once

DB Shrugs-- around 100x10x5

Plate Curls-- 20x5x5

Right hand still feels weird when I do plate curls.
