Week 19 Day 62 from Wednesday

Steel Bending-- 9 yellows all DU with 2 RV mixed in, This was a PR.

Planks 3 of 10 seconds

Push Ups 3 sets 5 reps

After Bending, my left elbow tendon was hurting and smoked, so my planks and push ups suffered.

I really love bending. I think one day I will be good at it. Fun workout set for tomorrow.
