Tonight was a great one. I did some kb push pressing, bending, grippers, and bottoms up floor pressing.
Push Pressing my 16kg bell is going well, but I tend to push off the ball of my foot and toes. My spastic ass loves flexion in movements wheres static pushing in to the floor is the norm.
Bending-- PR Blue in evey way in IM wraps, Grade 5 1/4x6 DO, in Double IM wraps PR
Grippers-- not good
Bottoms up Floor Press-- 28kg PR, need to get a 32kg
I used the the bottoms up floor press to replace the bench press. I should have my power rack in December to resume bench pressing.
My load up and bending technique is improving. Most of the time doing DO my finger bones hurt.
